In 2006-2007 the company actively participated in more than 90 charity and sponsorship projects.
The sum total contributed by the company was more than 1 million Gel.

The Bolnisi region has been featured with its historical monuments, importance  and samples of arts for many centuries, The Bolnisi Sioni Church is a kind of the visit card of the region, which is also the important historical  sample of the ancient Georgian architect. The JSC Madneuli takes the responsibilities towards many social aspects, including renovation and maintenance of the ancient Georgian Christian churches.

  •    In 2007 May JSC Madneuli contributed to Bolnisi Eparchy in Daba Kazreti village by transferring 
       50 000 Gel, it must be mentioned, that the eparchy permanently  takes  various contribution from
       the company for many years.
  •    The Sameba Temple was assisted by the company with 19 000 Gel.
  •    In 2007, In Abkhazia, Gali region, the Georgian Churches were presented some church staffs and
       icons, the church construction was financed by the company with 2500 Gel.
  •    JSC Madneuli assisted the Monastery in the village Olianka, Tsalka region with 3000 Gel .

Totally, JSC Madneuli in charity afforded 80 000 Gel.

        JSC Madneuli always expressed interest and readiness towards improving Georgian football, for the upcoming year the company will be the general sponsor of the Georgian national soccer team. The contract price works out 1 400 000 Gel. The first day of the sponsorship was commemorated with the match 2:00 against the Scottish soccer team.

JSC Madneuli permanently supported Bolnisi Sioni football teams:

          •    Sum total given to the Bolnisi Sioni team was more than 351 000 Gel.
  •    The current year the Football Federation was awarded the support of 100 000 Gel from  JSC
       Madneuli.
  •    The financial support of 10 730 Gel was given to the mini football club Saburtalo.
  •    JSC Madneuli efforts development and popularization of soccer tournaments. The company
       financed the cup-tie after Bendeliani with 5 000 Gel

Totally, in 2006-2007, JSC Madneuli spent more than 465 000 Gel for development of Georgian football.

        JSC Madneuli is the Georgian company, established on the national Georgian roots, therefore, it is important for the company to contribute and support  welfare of Georgian  regions:

          •    In 2006 October the company presented Codory ravine, upside zone of Abkhazia, the vehicles
        cost of 96 810 Gel.
  •    The company assisted “Abkhazian Culture Union” with 1000 Gel.
  •    Thee company participated in creating the memorable monuments dedicated to “The Rose
         Revolution”.
  •    The company financed Patriot Camps with 4000 Gel.
  •    To the NG organization “Media for the open Abkhazia” was supported by 5000 Gel.
  •    JSC Madneuli was actively involved in the Presidential Program regarding Development of
       Georgian wine making and viniculture, by purchasing 150 tons of grapes.

       Totally, this activities JSC Madneuli financed with 180 000 Gel.

        In JSC Madneuli liabilities and responsibilities the major place is given to the welfare of new generation. Therefore, the company contributed various projects:

 

          •    To the Orphan House of Gori region the company hold out the support of 25 000 Gel.
  •    For the New Year presents to the orphan kinder gardens JSC Madneuli transferred    3 457 Gel.
  •    Avlabari nursery school received support of 4 262 Gel from the Company.
  •    Tbilisi N 55 School was presented with 10 computers cost of 13 000 Gel.
  •    Non-government organization “The Association of the young political scientist and journalists” 
        was supported by the company with 2 500 Gel.
  •    The centre of the Youth development was supported with the 10 000 Gel.
  •    JSC Madneuli participated in the action held in the Conflict zone –village Kurta, and the company
        supported with finances the local orphan and socially exposed children house.

 

The financial support of the company received the old people’s houses as well:

 

          •    For free dinners and old people’s shelter was spent 20 300 Gel.
  •    Beside of the above mentioned, JSC Madneuli supported the local company’s senior employees
       with 26 760 Gel.
  •    The II World War veterans got 1500 Gel support from the company.

 

Totally, for above mentioned activities JSC Madneuli spent 110 000 Gel.

 

        One of the prior achievements, especially after the privatization, the Company considers increasing of the new and qualified staff members. In 2005 there were approximately 800 employees in the company, nowadays this number is sufficiently enlarged and now there are more than 1400 working places at Madneuli. For the growing the qualified staffs in future, the company invested money in education as well, after what the company will qualify well-educated new generation in practice.

 

          •    JSC Madneuli contributed to Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University with 34 815 Gel, after what
       the lecture-halls and other facilities have been renovated and repaired.
  •    The computers were delivered to the University Economic faculty and the University
        Development Fund got 10 000 Gel from Madneuli.
  •    JSC Madneuli actively participated in the Presidential program regarding work capacity in 2006,
       after what 71 citizens got internship and 56 from them were left on working places.

 

Totally, for such activities the company spent 45 000 Gel.

JSC Madneuli is oriented towards Georgian economy, for years it has been tried to effort and 
make its contribution to Georgian economy development

    
 

  •    JSC Madneuli sponsored TV program “Economics” with 8 824 Gel.
  •    In 2007 the company became a sponsor of economical agency “Geohotnews”

JSC Madneuli contributes to the Georgian cinema and theatre popularization:

 

          •    The company transferred 11 000 Gel for the development of the Georgian theatres; among them K.
       Marjanishvili Academic Theatre received support of 5000 Gel.
  •    Besides of the above mentioned,  for performance preparation and organization  JSC Madneuli
       paid 1680 Gel.
  •    Batumi International Film Festival was awarded with 11 700 Gel from the company.
  •    Also, the Film Festival “Zolotoi Vityaz” was sponsored with 5000 Gel.
  •    By financial support of JSC Madneuli the Poetry Evening was held in the Rustaveli Academic
       Theatre.
  •    Madneuli sponsored Tbilisi Film festival with 10 000 Gel.

 

JSC Madneuli supports the organizations, which contributes to the development of the Georgian arts.

 

          •    The company supported the action “Art for Artists” by transferring 5 500 Gel.
  •    The International Fund of Journalists “The Golden Wing” got 4000 Gel as the support amount.
  •    Madneuli did its duty in developing of the national choreography, for instance, by financing the
       live concerts of the “National Academic Theater Eriosioni” and “Sukhishvili National Academic
       Ballet”.
  •    Madneuli awarded ltd “Reprogtaphy Centre 97” 5000 Gel.
  •    Madneuli supported organization “Ilia-21 Century” with 16 645 Gel.

 

 Totally, in this activities JSC Madneuli spent more than 75 000 Gel.

        JSC Madneuli actively supports Georgian aviation.  For instance, 6 293 Gel was transferred to the Georgian Air forces in 2007.

 
 

       JSC Madneuli efforts to support the Georgian citizens living abroad:

 

          •    With the financial support of Madneuli Georgian minority organizations (Diasporas) received the
        audio literature facilities cost of l 140 Gel.
  •    The Diplomatic Association was awarded with 4 000 gel.
  •    JSC Madneuli contributed to the Project-Association “Let Us Live Together” with 5000 Gel.
  •    The company financed Georgian students, who participated in the exchange educational program
        in 2007.

 

Totally, in this activities the company spent 12 000 Gel.

 

        One of the foreground tasks in Georgia is widening and attracting of investments. As Madneuli is the one of the best sample of implemented investments in Georgia, we decided to extend our responsibilities towards social maintenance.

 

          •    Georgian Investment Agency obtained 32 620 Gel from Madneuli.
  •    With the financial support of the company there was prepared beforehand the drawing sketch of
       Business centre in Avlabari.

 

Totally, in such activities the company spent approximately 40 000 Gel.

 Madneuli held many of non-permanent actions:

 

          •    The N. Makhviladze Scientific-Research Institute of Labor Medicine and Ecology obtained 5 000
       financial support from Madneuli regarding 80 years anniversary of the Institute.
  •    The company spent sufficient amount of 1 200 Gel for purchasing meters for the Kazrety village
       inhabitants.
  •    Altogether, in 2006-2007 Madneuli spent 47 000 Gel of financial support for the individual persons
       as non-permanent support.

 

In 2008 within the expanding the company the social maintenance projects will be increased consequently. In 2006 the company participated in and supported more than 15 charity and donating projects; in 2007 more than 50 projects have been financed by JSC Madneuli, but in 2008 the number of such projects and actions will be increased according to the schedule of the company management.
